5. Can directly take off atomization device without disassembling burner from oven or boiler, convenient to maintain;
6. Use hydraulic regulator to adjust air flux of the first and the second sections; when the burner pauses, the vent is shut down to reduce heat loss of the boiler;
7. Can select fuel valve group with leakage-inspection device;
8. Equipped with a four-hole and a seven-hole linker, adopt a flange and an insulating sealing washer to connect to the boiler and fasten;
9. According to special requirements, we can offer longer combustion head than standard one.

Structure features:
Burner includes:
1. Light aluminum alloy fan parts;
2. High-performance centrifugal fan;
3. Burning air inlet with flux regulating device;
4. Slip-on flange matched with various boiler flanges, can adjust the position that burner extends to heating furnace;
5. Single-phase motor drives fan and oil pump；
6. Device made by sound-absorbing material to reduce noises of fan;
7. Air pressure switch, ensure there is burning air in it;
8. Fuel valve group is made up of operation valve, safety valve, minimum pressure switch, booster as well as fuel filter;
9. Servomechanism and instruction equipment of burner that accord with European EN298 standard;
10. Ionization electrode inspects flame;
11. Offer seven-hole connecting outlet to burner and temperature controller, and offer four-hole connecting outlet to the second segment control;
12. Can connect microampere meter to ionization cable;
13. Electric protection grade of standard collocation is IP40,and the grade can be enhanced if necessary.
