Gas burner:

1. Double-section operation (big/ small fire)

2. Can adapt to any type of burning rooms;

3. Air and gas are mixed in combustion head;

4. Through adjusting burning air and combustion head to receive best burning parameter;

5. Can directly take off atomization device without disassembling burner from oven or boiler, convenient to maintain;

6. Use hydraulic regulator to adjust air flux of the first and the second sections; when the burner pauses, the vent is shut down to reduce heat loss of the boiler;

7. Can select fuel valve group with leakage-inspection device;

8. Adopt a flange and a insulation sealing washer to connect to the boiler and fasten.

Structure features:

Burner includes:
1. Light aluminum alloy fan parts;
2. High-performance centrifugal fan;
3. Burning air inlet with flux regulating device;
4. Slip-on flange matched with various boiler flanges, can adjust the position that burner extends to heating furnace;
5. Three-phase motor drives fan and oil pump;
6. Air pressure switch, ensure there is burning air in it;
7. Fuel valve group is made up of operation valve, safety valve, minimum pressure switch, booster as well as fuel filter;
8. Servomechanism and instruction equipment of burner that accord with European EN298 standard;
9. Ionization electrode inspects flame;
10. Control panel includes: on/ off switch, selector of the first and the second segment, indicator of operation and failure;
11. Terminal connecting electric, temperature controller and burner, and it also controls operation of the second segment of flame;
